Location: Pioneer Comfort Systems – Shreveport, LA

Department: Customer Service

Reports To: Office Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone communication skills, a positive and professional attitude, and a true desire to help others. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—scheduling service calls, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction is a great one.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling service, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a helpful and friendly manner

Maintain a calm and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions

Use computer systems efficiently to manage scheduling, update records, and communicate with field technicians

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure all customer needs are met promptly and professionally

Jump in to help where needed to support coworkers and keep the office running smoothly

Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, technicians, and office staff

Represent Pioneer Comfort Systems’ values of honesty, professionalism, and outstanding service

What We're Looking For

Strong verbal communication skills and a cheerful, helpful attitude

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Fluent in using computers, scheduling software, and spreadsheets

Dependable, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required

A willingness to learn, grow, and support your coworkers

A genuine interest in helping customers and making their experience a great one
