Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Supply Chain Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Oracle SCM modules and possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to align business needs with system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Implementation
Lead workshops to gather and document business requirements for Supply Chain processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Inventory, Planning, etc.)
Design and configure Oracle SCM Cloud modules including:
Oracle Procurement (Self Service, Sourcing, Contracts)
Inventory Management
Order Management
Supply Planning
Product Hub/Product Data Management
Manufacturing (if applicable)
Logistics / Shipping / Transportation Management
Create functional design documents, test plans, and training materials.
Work with technical teams to support integrations, data conversions, and customizations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Support
Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
Provide guidance to clients on best practices and system capabilities.
Conduct training sessions and support user adoption during and post go-live.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Lead the creation and execution of test scripts for Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
Resolve issues and defects during testing and deployment.
Ensure solution meets business requirements and is scalable.
Project & Change Management
Participate in project planning, status reporting, and risk management.
Contribute to change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, etc.) to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud SCM.
Proven experience in at least 1–2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud SCM implementations.
Strong understanding of SCM business processes and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
