Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Customers with their purchases
Maintain organized and up to date records of invoices, payments, order and other financial documents.
Ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner, as per trading partner ship window.
Upload and maintain product data on our active catalogues.
Generate delivery orders, schedule shipment pickups and delivery
Follow up and problem solve with customers
maintain accurate and complete financial records and files.
Prepare reports.
Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
1+ years data entry (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite : Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail especially when looking at data
Problem solving and critical thinking skills
Work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills, including dealing with difficult situations
Detail oriented
Able to juggle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines under pressure
Plus skills:
Experience with EDI
Experience in logistics operations
Accurate with numbers, calculations etc.
