About the Role

As a Branch Manager, you’ll lead the daily operations of our Ripon branch, support and develop your team, and build strong relationships with customers and the community. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational leadership experience who are ready to take the next step in their banking career.

Key Responsibilities

Manage branch operations including customer service, lending, compliance, and sales.

Lead and mentor branch staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Develop new deposit and loan business and support customer retention.

Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Represent the bank in the Ripon community through outreach and engagement.

Support marketing efforts and contribute to branch profitability.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of experience in branch operations, lending, or supervision.

Foundational leadership experience (formal or informal).

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Basic knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

Intermediate experience in lending, sales, or marketing within a financial institution.

Familiarity with financial statements and credit analysis.

Working knowledge of HR policies and supervisory practices.

Strong customer service orientation and business development mindset.
