Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Material Handler to support our fast-paced warehouse and production operations. This role is essential in helping our crews stay on schedule by ensuring all materials are received, organized, and distributed correctly.

Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage

Organize, label, and store materials, tools, and equipment

Pull and prepare materials for production and installation teams

Load/unload company trucks for daily job site deliveries

Assist with staging jobs and maintaining inventory counts

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment (if certified)

Assist with occasional deliveries or pickups as needed

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Teammate is expected to report to work on time for all scheduled workdays

Cut, screw, or otherwise fasten parts together

Work at different workstations as production needs require

Work on lines where tasks vary as different models are assembled

Follow specific standardized work instructions, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance standards

Qualifications:

Safely lift up to 50lbs unaided and up to 75lbs with assistance

High School Education or equivalent

Must possess a good mechanical aptitude

Must be able to use simple hand tools and measuring devices

Accordion experience with the ability to use small tools, chop saw, read plans and measure.

Be able to work in a manufacturing environment

Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred

Ability to perform physical tasks daily

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting

Attention to detail with strong organizational skills

Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Valid driver’s license preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
