We are currently looking for a Supervisor to join us. In this role, you will be responsible as a supporting role in delivering integrated planning recommendations and ensuring smooth account coordination internally and externally with our clients.

What your day job looks like at Mindshare:
Develop and drive projects/campaigns for assigned brands. This will include the ability to pursue and persuade clients on new planning approaches/innovations
Work with key media partners for implementation planning and negotiations
Understand the client’s market position to achieve optimal negotiation for clients
Presentation of implementation ideas to clients, across different platforms
Set viable objectives and KPIs, and recommend/develop measurement methodology against all briefs
Work with the team on competitive reporting and analysis
Ensure projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies
Facilitate cross team learning and knowledge sharing
Develop and build relationships with clients, be the trusted advisor on account requirements
Work with internal specialist resources and group resources
Minimum qualifications:
Degree relating to marketing or business will be preferable and you have been working with media and communication planning for several years
You are a team player with good interpersonal skills and you thrive in an energetic and fast paced environment.
An affinity for numbers and experience in Excel is highly desired.
3-4 years of experience in media agency, including client-side or media owner capacity
Experience working with multiple stakeholders, e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners and internal specialist resources
Competent in communications planning, media planning and buying across all platforms with a good understanding and working knowledge of both traditional and new media
Strong analytical mind, good flair of creativity and with an eye for details
Strong communication and presentation skills
