Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Serve as a Phone Team Representative supporting financial professionals, assistants, and Brokerage General Agencies throughout the life insurance application process.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support, including guidance on e-Application systems, status updates, and education on internal processes from submission to policy finalization.
Research and resolve application issues by collaborating with internal teams such as Case Management and Underwriting to ensure smooth processing and timely responses.
Here’s what you’ll have:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience
Here’s what you’ll get:
Above market rate of $19.50 per hour
Hybrid Work Schedule (2 days in office, 3 days from home)
