Answering phone calls and emails from patients and directing them to the appropriate healthcare professional
Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar
Greeting patients and checking them in for their appointments
Collecting patient information and updating records in the clinic's database
Processing payments and insurance information
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
