About The Position

As an experienced Process Scientist, you'll play a crucial role in leading and supporting technology transfer teams. You will guide the implementation of process parameters and controls for manufacturing processes, conduct technical risk assessments, and develop comprehensive project plans. Your expertise will help optimize protein purification operations and enhance the overall manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze manufacturing data to solve problems and improve process performance, coordinating process validation runs.

Support commercial processes technology transfer teams by managing laboratory experiments and implementing process parameters for manufacturing processes.

Conduct technical risk assessments for new manufacturing processes to ensure smooth integration.

Develop project plans, timelines, and communication forums for effective tech transfers.

Provide comprehensive written manufacturing reports summarizing investigations, studies, and projects.

Required Qualifications:

2-5 years’ experience in biopharmaceutical or related field (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D.).

Broad background in protein purification and biologics manufacturing.

Experience with technology transfers, root cause investigations, and data analysis.

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Leadership experience in project management and tech transfer.

Proactive attitude with good organizational skills.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Ability to absorb and utilize new knowledge quickly.
