Schedule: Day Shift (Monday - Friday) 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

Follow established facility policies and procedures to provide treatment to residents in accordance with physicians’ orders.

Provide emergency care to residents when necessary.

Requisition adequate supplies to provide treatment to residents.

Participate in supervision of care provided to residents.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

San Antonio, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Must hold a current Nursing (RN or LVN) license valid in the State of Texas and be in good standing with the Board of Nurse Examiners.

Experience with Geriatric nursing preferred.

Physical & sensory abilities commensurate with position to include but not limited to frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation.

Must be COVID-19 vaccinated.
