Competitive starting pay rate: $17.00
Multiple shifts to meet your scheduling needs
1st shift: 7:00am-5:30pm
2nd shift: 5:30pm-4:00am

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining bindery equipment to produce high-quality printed materials:
Load and operate various bindery machines for saddle stitching, perfect binding, spiral binding, strip binding, or wire binding
Operate folding, cutting, and collating machines as part of the finishing process
Monitor machines during operation and perform basic troubleshooting or adjustments as needed
Maintain proper stock levels and ensure machines are loaded with correct paper sizes and types
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal machine performance
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for team members who are hands-on, dependable, and eager to grow. Ideal candidates will have:
Strong mechanical aptitude or technical skills
Minimum of 2 years experience in machine operation
Previous experience with bindery or printing machinery (a plus, but not required)
Willingness to learn and grow within the printing industry
Great attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
