Job Description
Dynamis is seeking a senior cybersecurity SME to serve as a Strategic Advisor to support the Air Force's (AF) Cyber Resiliency Office for Control Systems (CROCS), which focuses on enhancing the cyber resiliency of AF Operational Technology (OT) systems, including control systems, to protect against cyber threats. CROCS is part of AF efforts to improve its overall cyber posture and protect critical infrastructure from cyberattacks. The Senior Advisor will work directly with the head of the office to help develop and drive strategy, serving as a strategic sounding board and leading efforts to engage AF stakeholders (such as Civil Engineers, Logistics, and Security Forces) to coordinate cybersecurity policy and strategy efforts and ultimately enhance AF cybersecurity posture and capabilities.
Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship
Minimum DoD Secret clearance (TS preferred)
Minimum 10 years' experience in overseeing large-scale control systems cybersecurity programs
Experience with cybersecurity policy and strategy development
Skilled in briefing senior leaders, driving funding strategies, forging alliances among senior stakeholders, overseeing organizational design activities, and designing business case and value propositions
Ability to lead policy development, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
Ability to represent CROCS in meetings with AF and DoD stakeholders to discuss complex issues and to plan and coordinate strategy
Ability to work independently (demonstrating time management skills) while also functioning in a team environment
Ability to complete high-quality, detail-oriented deliverables amid competing deadlines
Understanding of cybersecurity required, but technical subject matter expertise not a prerequisite
Ability to work on-site at the Pentagon 50-75% of the time
BA/BS degree in a relevant field
