Job Title: Welder (Temp-to-Perm)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Welder for a full-time, temp-to-perm position. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG, TIG, or stick welding and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform welding operations according to specifications

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Follow company safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

Previous welding experience preferred

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools

Strong attention to detail and safety

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Reliable transportation and punctuality
