Licensing Requirements:

Must hold or be eligible for a Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) license

Candidate Requirements:

Current Location: Must be currently available in Kuwait

Language Skills: Bilingual – fluent in both Arabic and English

Nationality: Open

Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience

Job Responsibilities:

Provide individual, group, and family therapy based on clinical assessment and diagnosis

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and maintain accurate patient records

Collaborate with medical professionals and other allied health staff for coordinated patient care

Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for patients with psychological or emotional disorders

Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment approaches

Educate patients and families about mental health issues and coping strategies

Adhere to clinical, ethical, and legal standards of practice

Contribute to case discussions and team meetings

Skills & Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle diverse caseloads and work in a multicultural environment

Familiarity with therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care is a plus

Comfortable using electronic health record systems
