Overview
This is a client-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for walk-ins, phone calls, and emails—helping customers bring their signage and branding visions to life.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for customers—answering inquiries, providing quotes, and managing orders
Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and installation
Track project progress and resolve any issues that arise
Offer creative input and design suggestions when needed
Handle 5–10 walk-ins per day and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications and Skills
Strong customer service skills (phone, email, and in-person)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with solid project management instincts
A creative background is a plus!
Entry-level candidates welcome—training provided for the right fit
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 /hr
