Join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst in Addison, TX! The financial analyst senior is a key member of ECAM’s finance team. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision making within the organization. The financial analyst, senior plays a critical tole in driving financial performance and informing strategic decisions within Stealth through their expertise in financial analysis, planning, and reporting. The role will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping them navigate complex financial challenges and achieve their objectives.

Work Site Location: Addison TX

Set Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position may require long hours and weekend work.

Your Responsibilities

Continuously drive the improvement of systems and processes to gain efficiencies, reduce errors and ensure records are complete and recorded accurately and on a timely basis.

Develop, impliment and maintain systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines and government regulations.

Project management/implementation support for a variety of upcoming initiatives

Preparation and review of inputs for the monthly bank reporting (borrowing base certificate and compliance certificate)

Prepare the monthly financial statement consolidation

Analyze month end results against budget, prior period, and trending

Prepare/review balance sheet reconciliations including resolving reconciling items on a timely basis

Prepare inventory reconciliation and ownership of process improvement for inventory reporting

Prepare/review and post other journal entries at month end

Cross train amongst the team for month-end close activities

Respond to inquiries about month-end financial statements from management

Preform other duties as assigned Your Qualifications:

Authorized to work in the United States

Able to pass an extensive screening process

Post-Secondary education in business, finance or accounting. CPA preferred

Minimum 5 years experience

Proficient with Microsoft office programs; word, outlook, excel, power point

Experience with SQL

Experience with NetSuite would be an asset
