DAS Tester

Pay Range: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced DAS Testers to join our field operations team in the Phoenix metro area. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in wireless infrastructure testing and optimization, particularly with Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). This role requires working in the field at customer sites and venues, conducting RF testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with performance standards.

Note: Candidates without DAS or RF testing experience will not be considered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform DAS walk testing and data collection using tools such as iBwave, PIM, Sweep, and Spectrum Analyzer

Analyze and report on test results using software like JDSU, Anritsu, EXFO, TEMS, or similar

Validate signal performance and RF coverage in venues such as hospitals, commercial buildings, or stadiums

Communicate effectively with engineering and project management teams

Document testing results and maintain data integrity in reports and software

Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements

To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:

At least 1 year of DAS or RF Testing experience

Working knowledge of DAS components and RF systems

Comfortable using testing tools and software platforms

Ability to read and interpret RF schematics and building floor plans

Excellent problem-solving and reporting skills

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Based in Phoenix, AZ or willing to commute daily (no relocation provided)

Preferred Qualifications

iBwave Level 1 or 2 certification

Experience on enterprise-level DAS deployments

Familiarity with network optimization or commissioning

OSHA 10/30 or RF Safety certification

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour, depending on experience and skill level

Weekly pay (W2 or 1099 available)

Project-based growth opportunities in telecom/RF space

Flexible work schedule and potential for additional contracts
