We are now on a mission to level up the UK SMB sector by bringing them enterprise grade financial solutions across lending, FX risk management and acquiring, underpinned by expert guidance from a dedicated relationship management team.

Location You can be based remotely anywhere in the UK but you will be expected to travel periodically (up to once a month) to our office in London.

Role Summary As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will prospect, book meetings and fill events with decision makers at high-fit grade companies to help them leverage Stable’s unparalleled payments, FX, acquiring and lending services across your assigned territory.

Leveraging prior experience nurturing high-value sales opportunities, you’ll build relationships with senior leaders at prospect companies, demonstrate and add value, and connect them with our business development and executive teams.

This role requires a self-motivated, goal-oriented professional who thrives on autonomy and cold calling.

What We Offer Base salary of £30,000 per annum (pro-rated for term time to £18,000 approximately) plus uncapped bonus structure based on the number of meetings booked with and events attended by qualified prospects The typical working hours are 9am-3pm each weekday during school term time (with no hours required during school holidays) but these can be flexible dependent on individual circumstances Comprehensive sales support, including lead data, playbooks and training in the Stable sales methodology framework Ongoing coaching and a clear progression pathway to a Business Development Manager role (if desired) based on hitting KPIs and meeting targets
