Job Title: Part Time Delivery Hub Administrator

Location: 620 Warrington Rd, Risley, Croft, Warrington WA3 6BE - however we can be flexible for a candidate to work at either our Atherstone or Derby site

Shifts: Part time 20 hour role, Sunday - Monday 8:30am-7:30pm (1 hour lunch break)

About The Team:

This team is the engine room of our Hello Fresh Delivery Network (HFDN) — focused on making sure every customer box gets where it needs to be, on time and in full for our customers in the North West. They are the intermediary between drivers and customers taking on sole responsibly for the final mile/home delivery. The Delivery Coordinator will be multi-site focused and data-oriented, they monitor delivery progress live, handle escalations with our delivery service partners (DSPs), review EPODs, update trackers, and ensure reporting is clear and timely. They maintain the pulse of the network and ensure customer promises are upheld.

What You Will Be Doing:

Oversee daily delivery performance across multiple sites, ensuring all DSP routes are covered

Monitor live systems, spotting and resolving issues in real-time with the relevant DSP

Review EPOD images and performance data, ensuring deliveries meet customer expectations

Build strong relationships and act as a key contact for day-to-day queries from DSP and customers, ensuring alignment and accountability

Prioritise tasks based on what matters most to the customer

Who You Are:

Experience in delivery, logistics, or transport coordination

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to juggle live operations and admin

Confidence in using spreadsheets and interpreting data

A clear, professional communicator both with internal teams and external partners

You will be a calm, solutions-focused approach to live operational challenges
