Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in Data Mesh, Data Products, and Enterprise Architecture to lead our data strategy and solution design efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, guiding cross-functional teams to develop scalable, reliable, and innovative data solutions. This role is pivotal in establishing robust Data Governance frameworks and ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable data solutions leveraging Data Mesh principles to enable decentralized data ownership and domain-oriented architecture.

Lead the development and deployment of data products that meet business needs, ensuring high quality, reusability, and compliance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and governance teams to define data strategies that support organizational goals.

Drive enterprise architecture initiatives, integrating data solutions with existing IT landscape for maximum consistency and efficiency.

Provide technical leadership across data projects, ensuring best practices in data modeling, security, and governance.

Establish and enforce Data Governance policies to ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance across all data domains.

Act as a thought leader in emerging data architecture trends, including Data Mesh and modern data platform architectures.

Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Data Architect, or similar role within complex enterprise environments.

Deep understanding of Data Mesh architecture and data product development.

Strong knowledge of Data Governance principles and frameworks.

Experience with Microsoft Azure

Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide architecture solutions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
