**Position:** Sales Representative

**Type:** Commission-Based / Performance-Based

**Reports to:** Team Leader / Sales Manager

### **Responsibilities:**

* Actively promote and sell the company’s products or services to customers.

* Generate leads through social media, referrals, and direct outreach.

* Conduct product presentations, explain business opportunities, and close sales.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

* Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.

* Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

* Attend training, team meetings, and business events to sharpen sales skills.

### ️ **Requirements:**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Self-driven and goal-oriented.

* Basic knowledge of social media platforms.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Previous sales experience is an added advantage, but not required (training is provided).

**Position:** Independent Distributor

**Type:** Business Partner / Self-Employed

**Reports to:** Upline Leader / Company Mentorship Team

### **Responsibilities:**

* Purchase and distribute company products to customers or other team members.

* Educate prospects and customers about the products and the business opportunity.

* Build and grow your distribution network (team building).

* Train, mentor, and support new distributors under your team.

* Promote product awareness through online and offline channels.

* Manage your stock (if applicable) and customer deliveries.

* Track sales, bonuses, and team performance to reach incentives and ranks.

### ️ **Requirements:**

* Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn.

* Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service.

* Ability to recruit, train, and lead a team.

* Must be coachable, consistent, and goal-focused.

* Must attend business trainings and mentorship sessions regularly.
