LEMOINE, a Great Place to Work®-Certified company, is seeking a Project Data Analyst within our Disaster Response - Logistics Team.
The Project Data Analyst plays a critical role in driving project success by analyzing data to create clear, visually engaging reports and presentations tailored for management and clients.
The analyst tracks expenditures and provides financial updates to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with project goals.
Additionally, the analyst collaborates with management to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and visually compelling presentations using tools like Power BI to communicate project status, metrics, and progress.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential challenges and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Assist and set up project budgets by developing, maintaining, and reviewing financial plans, monitoring expenses, and delivering cost reports to optimize savings.
Oversee data management by creating systems and processes to enhance team efficiency, collaborating with internal DevOps and ERP teams.
Communicate with management and subcontractor to provide clear and timely updates on project progress, financial status, and key performance indicators.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems and Data Sciences, Business, and/or related field, or equivalent professional experience (e.g., 4+ years in data analysis or related field). Experience with Salesforce and Viewpoint Vista is preferred.
Working knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
Strong analysis skills with proficiency in Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Significant attention to detail and an ability to quickly spot and fix problems.
Detail-oriented and strict attention and appreciation for deadlines.
