Location: Onsite in Adelaide (rest of ANZ if someone with matching experience is available)

Maximum Rate to Hexaware: Contract (upto 675 per day) or FTE : 150k to 160k inclusive

Duration: 6 months and potentially renew

Requirements Overview:

We are seeking an Application Administrator who can be immediately productive and is highly proficient in configuring and administering a suite of applications, with a particular focus on class timetabling, exam scheduling, ID Cards management, industry placement and other third-party applications. Demonstrated understanding of the business user perspective and the ability to develop technical designs in response to both documented and evolving user requirements is essential for success in this role. The role will involve hands-on configuration and administration of systems and data work, as well as regular communication with both the business and team members across IT.

Key Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience in the analysis, design, configuration, administration and support of complex enterprise class applications, with an emphasis on Student Management related platforms used in Higher Education (such as solutions for class timetabling, exam scheduling, ID Cards management, industry placement management).

• Substantial experience working with highly integrated and complex ecosystems comparable with that of the university, covering both on[1]premises and cloud-based solutions.

• Significant experience working with large volumes of data, with a focus on data quality, data analysis and reporting.

• Demonstrated experience working with business users to refine requirements and design integration solutions to meet their needs.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly become a productive member of a cross[1]functional team through effective communication and collaboration.

• Demonstrated skills in personal time management and the ability to work independently, maintaining high productivity with minimum supervision

Requirements:

• Standard eight (8) hour day / forty (40) hour week.

• Timesheets must be submitted weekly.

• Minimum 2 days per week on site, as agreed with Hiring Manager.

• Participation in a rotating on-call roster, including after hours and weekends, is required for this role.

• Previous Higher Education experience (Desirable)
