IT Project Manager

About the Role:

Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex projects related to product implementation, research, and systems development. This in-office, full-time position works cross-functionally to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.

Pay & Benefits:

$85,000â $95,000/year salary

Hourly equivalent: $40.87â $45.67/hour

Full-time, direct hire opportunity with long-term growth potential

Location: Shelby, NC (In-Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-departmental teams to execute high-impact IT and implementation projects

Define project scope, tasks, budgets, and timelines

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans

Coordinate communication between internal departments, vendors, and clients

Monitor progress and resolve issues to ensure timely project completion

Ensure compliance with company and industry standards

Qualifications:

Bachelorâ s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field

3+ years of project management experience

PMP or other project management certification preferred

Strong skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software

Experience with IT, SaaS, or product rollouts preferred

Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Some travel may be required
