As a Sash Assembler, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, assisting in the assembly of sashes for windows and doors. Starting at $18.00 per hour, with the possibility of a higher wage based on experience and a merit increase after six months. Most work weeks are Monday to Thursday from 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Friday 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and no weekends!

Job Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of parts and window assembly

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to reorder parts and handle remakes

• Ability to review production schedules for special product processes

• Ability to complete production paperwork

• Woodworking and painting experience preferred

• Ability to lift 50lbs regularly

• Able to communicate issues to supervisors, other group leaders and maintenance

• Strong organizational skills are essential.
