Place of Performance :- Germantown, MD OR Washington, D.C. Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive EA framework (aligned with FEA, NIST, TOGAF, FITARA)
• Lead modeling and documentation across business, information, technology, data, and security domains
• Support IT portfolio management, application rationalization, and infrastructure modernization
• Create and execute cloud adoption and Zero Trust implementation roadmaps
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards (FISMA, CNSS, CISA ZTMMv2)
• Provide governance, stakeholder engagement, change management, and training leadership
• Deliver high-impact visuals, dashboards, and executive briefings
• Mentor junior architects and ensure knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Engineering, or related field
• Strong grasp of EA frameworks (TOGAF, DoDAF, FEA)
• Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST 800-53, FISMA)
• Experience leading EA initiatives in large, mission-critical environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical writing skills
