We are seeking experienced Aircraft Structures Mechanics to support the F-16 production line. • This role involves the fabrication, assembly, installation, and repair of both internal and external aircraft structures in accordance with technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, layout, fabricate, and assemble aircraft structural components.
• Perform structural modifications and repairs on F-16 aircraft.
• Install fasteners and drill precision holes in bulkheads, skins, and fuselage components.
• Conduct heavy precision drilling, countersinking, and reaming of structural parts.
• Follow all relevant engineering documentation and regulatory standards.
• Work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, kneeling, climbing on aircraft structures, and working from ladders and stands. Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in aviation structural assembly and precision drilling is required.
• Experience must include recent (within the past 2 years) active drilling of precision holes on aircraft.
• Bench mechanics must have relevant experience applicable to production structural work.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a production environment.
• Must be able to pass Client's 3-week block training focused on company-specific specifications and procedures (not basic skills training). Manager's Notes:
• This is a hands-on production role, not a bench-only or office-based position.
• Candidates must be prepared to work on aircraft structures in various physical positions and at different heights.
• Emphasis on drilling experience resumes must clearly reflect relevant skills and years of experience.
