Contract-to-Hire

Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN Hybrid

Compensation: $98,400-$154,600

What you will do as an IT Engineer:

Lead the design and development of ETL solutions with a focus on financial applications and commission payout processes

Translate business, system, and technical requirements into actionable development tasks

Develop clean, testable code using IDMC, Informatica, SQL, and vendor integration tools

Collaborate with the team using Azure DevOps, GIT, and deployment pipelines to manage code and releases

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support long-term system maintenance and scalability

Implement monitoring and logging strategies to ensure performance and reliability

Apply industry best practices including test automation, reusable code, and object-oriented design

Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, pair programming, and partner with QA for high-quality delivery

Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative, agile development environment

What you will bring to the IT Engineer role:

8 10 years of hands-on ETL development experience with expertise in financial and commission-based systems

Advanced SQL skills and deep experience with Oracle or SQL Server

Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

Familiarity with agile methodologies and strong troubleshooting and production support capabilities

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred experience with SAP s APM application and cloud platforms, including full lifecycle deployment and source control
