Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)

About the Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Controller to lead and manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal Controller will be a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record of overseeing accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

The Controller will manage all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and monthly close.

Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, forecasts, and budgets.

Ensure that the organization complies with GAAP and other financial regulations.

As the Controller, you'll be responsible for implementing internal controls, policies, and procedures to protect company assets and ensure accuracy.

Coordinate audits and serve as the main point of contact with external auditors and tax advisors.

The Controller will analyze financial results and provide leadership with recommendations to improve financial performance.

Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, reporting directly to executive leadership.

Maintain and optimize accounting systems and tools including SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or other financial software.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred).

Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a Controller or senior-level accounting role.

Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems such as Oracle, SAP, or QuickBooks.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
