We are seeking a skilled and motivated Controller to oversee key accounting operations and support financial planning and reporting across a range of business activities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial management, guiding a small team, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger and treasury activities

Oversee the month-end and year-end close process across multiple business units

Prepare and review internal and external financial reports, including consolidated statements

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and monitor financial performance against plans

Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions and identify areas for improvement

Support ad hoc financial projects and special reporting needs

Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with financial goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

6+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Familiarity with managing financials for multiple entities or business units

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders

Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
