Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 + Biannual Bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Controller:
Serve as a liaison between corporate and regional locations
Lead the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate reporting
Manage financial consolidation across multiple entities
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital
Supervise and mentor the accounting team
Support internal controls and process improvements
Travel to other locations 4-5 times per year as needed
What the Company is looking for in a Controller?
Bachelor's and Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in multi-entity financial consolidation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and collaboration
