Administrative Full-Time Supply Chain and Logistics

Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our customers' wind farms, ensuring the best performance of each turbine during its useful life. The function is to ensure that the turbines operate at their maximum capacity, delivering the best energy production, with a key team to maintain our customer's loyalty for a long term. The Special Task uses their skills to plan schedules in accordance with specific procedures, including safety protocol, turbine services and/or installation processes, and other detailed verbal or written instructions.

Responsibilities:

- Work order context clearly specified, enriched with relevant information and ready to be dispatched to crews;

- Customer specifics considered in technical planning;

- Technical Support involved for complex questions / requests;

- Task list improvement opportunities identified and aligned with Technical Support;

- Ordering tools, parts necessary for job execution, as well as additional equipment (cranes, additional external site ligting, Trak, etc.);

- Contact person with subcontractors;

- Assigning crew to the job execution;

- Scheduling the turbine visits.

Qualifications:

- Technical background with higher complexity;

- Ready to read into technical documentations and drawings;

- Affinity to work with assumptions and navigate in technical related systems;

- Structured and detailed working approach;

- Self-organization and good time management;

- Technical communication and alignment skills;

- System user of MS Office, SAP and Salesforce (desirable);

- Ability to speak Local language and English to deal with Subcontractors and stakeholders.

Competencies:

- Technically plan blade repair and inspections work orders ;

- Define and search out all required materials, tools, services and resources and CIM execution prerequisites);

- Reassign a work order to Technical Support Engineers if advanced planning is required ;

- Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper field execution;

- Align and define work content and schedules with external partners and subcontractors;

- Take customer specific clauses into consideration when planning;

- Schedule service appointments for blade repair and inspections;

- Ensure materials and create purchase requests (MRP, ADVS);

- Assign service appointment to service crew by managing service crew composition on short term.
