Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a willingness to go above and beyond, and a personable and relatable demeanor. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our patients feel valued and cared for.
The Patient Services Associate is responsible for:
Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and friendly attitude
Managing appointment scheduling and patient inquiries
Providing information about our membership model and services
Ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all patients
Handling administrative tasks and supports the medical team as needed
Maintaining patient medical records via EMR or paper charts
Qualifications
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
5-7 years of proven experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact
Skill in problem solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to convey information both in writing and verbally.
Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations while providing exceptional customer service.
Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
Independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
