Description:

Responsible to manage the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Domain and Directory Services Branch (DDSB) contract by building and leading the team of staff members to successfully execute the contract. Provides strategic level program/project management, leadership and counsel to the DDSB Chief, front office and four section chiefs. Researches, analyzes and complies data enabling the production of reports for the delivery of Health Information Technology (HIT) services across the DHA enterprise. Compiles and develops decision points enabling sites transitioning to MHS GENESIS - the new electronic health record for the Military Health System (MHS).

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Serves as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer, and multiple government branch chiefs ensuring projects and deliverable are provided in the most efficient and effective manner.

Responsible for advancing corporate, contract and personnel efforts to ensure overall mission accomplishment while enhancing the morale esprit de corps of staff.

Education & Experience

8 years working in project management or related field.

Able to meet IT Security Designation of ADP/IT-II

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

Requires favorably adjudicated Tier 3 background investigation.
