A well-established, San Antonio-based manufacturer known for its commitment to quality and comfort is looking for an experienced Magento Web Developer to join its in-house Marketing & E-Commerce team. This role is based at their headquarters and will work closely with both the IT and Marketing departments to build and support high-traffic ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities for the Magento Web Developer:

Create, update, and maintain web pages across multiple ecommerce sites

Design and develop custom solutions with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), and Shopify

Optimize web performance, site speed, architecture, and code scalability

Troubleshoot bugs, checkout issues, and performance bottlenecks

Integrate analytics, session tracking, heatmaps, and attribution tools to improve UX and campaign performance

Collaborate with Marketing and IT to support content management and ecommerce workflows

Train content managers and assist in documenting best practices and SOPs

Participate in cross-functional project planning and implementation

Contribute to data-driven product and design decisions with actionable insights

Qualifications for the Magento Web Developer:

5+ years of full-stack web development experience

Strong expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, and Shopify

Experience with custom module creation, theme development, and API integrations

Deep understanding of web performance, security, and scalable architecture

BA/BS in Computer Science or related field

Skilled in front-end design and web programming languages

Strong communication, project coordination, and documentation skills
