What the Accounts Receivable Specialist will be doing:

Manage the full accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment posting, and collections.

Responsible for collections and engaging in ongoing communication with customers

Utilize Excel to sort and filter information

Generate and review aging reports and escalate overdue accounts as needed

What experience the Accounts Receivable Specialist needs to have:

Associates degree in Accounting

1+ years of AR & Billing experience $50,000-$60,000
