BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

PTO: 17 days starting with increases with tenure

Retirement: 401K with match - 6% contribution = 4% match

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Support the business in describing business requirements at a technical level to enable global team collaboration.

Own and resolve medium to complex technical incidents without escalation by providing effective solutions.

Participate in enterprise architecture projects and complete work tasks with limited or no support.

Translate functional requirements into technical requirements, presenting options with long-term goals in mind.

Identify process optimizations and propose improvements for global solutions.

Create and maintain documentation for training and support for users in all operational activities.

Train key users on new functionalities in cross-functional departments as needed.

Build test scenarios for new functionalities and document findings in detail.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

5-7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Business Process Consultant, or similar role.

Prior experience using SAP Materials Management, Procurement, and/or production modules

Strong knowledge of business processes.

Experience with system integration and third-party solutions implementation.

Prior project management experience preferred.

This role is hybrid and requires 4 days per week on site.
