Senior WordPress Developer & Technical Lead

This is not a standard developer position.

We are looking for a highly experienced, entrepreneurial Senior WordPress Developer to act as a technical leader and "player-coach." Your core passion is writing clean, efficient code and building custom solutions from the ground up.

What You'll Do: Own the Technical Estate: As the lead, you will be responsible for the full-cycle development, management, and smooth operation of our entire WordPress estate.

This includes designing, building, and deploying new projects with speed and efficiency.

Server & Automation Mastery: You will actively manage our web servers (cPanel, VPS) and implement tools like MainWP to automate security, backups, updates, and performance tuning.

Your focus is to build an ecosystem that works smarter, not harder.

Mission-Critical Support: You will act as the primary Level 1 customer support via chat and WhatsApp.

This requires an immediate ( Team Leadership: You will oversee, mentor, and guide our junior WordPress developers, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard and our technical team operates with maximum efficiency.

Who We're Looking For (Hard Requirements): A Seasoned Professional: You have 4+ years of professional WordPress development experience with a portfolio of live sites you have personally built from scratch.

A True Full-Stack WP Dev: You possess deep expertise in PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and have robust server management skills.

You must be able to code solutions, not just assemble sites with page builders.

A Disciplined Owner: You are a self-starter who takes complete ownership and accountability for your work.

You are comfortable with a high-urgency environment where speed and quality are critical.

Mentally Flexible: You are comfortable working on projects in the Dating and Alcohol industries.

Experience Advantage: Proven experience with TeamViewer, HubSpot, and/or other marketing tools is a distinct advantage.

The Unfiltered Terms: Compensation: A starting salary of around $700 USD per month, with a firm budget.

Work Schedule: This is a 45-hour work week, including 1 or 2 weekend days per week . Shifts will be set within our 15:00 – 03:00 ICT (Indochina Time) opening hours.

BYOD & Monitoring: You will need a reliable Windows PC and a quiet place to work.

You will be required to use ActivTrak software for time tracking.
