Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an industry leading manufacturer, in their search for Assembly Operatives for their busy manufacturing site based in Deeside Industrial Estate or Sandycroft

For the successful Assembly Operative our client is offering:

Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour (days) or £14.56 per hour (nights)

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 6am - 6pm or 6pm -6am

Temp to Perm

Every weekend off

Work in a family run expanding business

The Role - Assembly Operative

Responsible for all aspects of trailer manufacturing

Working in a production environment using hand and power tool

Building trailers on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.

Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects

Stopping the assembly line and halting production if machinery fails or a major defect is detected

Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.

What we are looking for in a Assembly Operative :

Previous experience of working in a production environment - ESSENTIAL

Experience using hand and power tools - ESSENTIAL

Previous experience working in a fast-paced, target driven environment - ESSENTIAL

Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks

The ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Must be able to work well as part of a team.
