Job Requirements:
Proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with pediatric and geriatric patients.
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime, as needed.
Adherence to all company policies and procedures, including dress code, employee health and safety standards, and guiding principles for excellence.
Ability to make sound decisions based on established protocols and demonstrate strong judgment.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record (when applicable).
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including coverage of multiple locations and short-notice assignments at Patient Service Centers or In-Office Phlebotomy sites.
Skilled at managing multiple tasks and priorities in a high-volume setting.
Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service, open and transparent communication, adaptability to change, and understanding of business operations.
Note: Training locations may vary depending on trainer availability.
Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent – Required
Medical training (e.g., medical assistant or paramedic) – Preferred
Phlebotomy certification – Preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
Work Experience:
Minimum of three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections – Required
At least two years in a Patient Service Center or similar clinical setting – Preferred
Background in customer service, especially in retail or service industries – Preferred
Proficient in keyboard use and data entry
