What You'll Do
As a key member of our collaborative legal team, you’ll:
Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
Conduct prior art, patentability, and FTO analyses
Manage portfolios for early-stage startups and global clients
Help craft IP strategies that support real-world business goals
Work directly with inventors, scientists, and attorneys in a dynamic setting

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $90,000 – $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Requirements
What You Bring
Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D. preferred) in Biomedical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
USPTO Patent Agent registration (required)
Excellent technical writing, communication, and analytical skills
Prior law firm or USPTO experience is a plus
Design patent experience is a bonus
