We are looking for a Senior Animation ExDev Artist to champion our animation efforts with our ExDev partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains alignment with Commerce Art Lead and Discipline Art Lead(s)
Responsible for all discipline craft direction and feedback to external developers, ensuring all animation content meets the established quality bar
Regularly identifies and escalates risks, communicates status to Commerce Art Lead/Producers/Project Leads
Works with production to define costing and schedules for all animation external development
Creates visibility through documentation of best practices, pipelines and tools
Strive to optimize an effective character animation pipeline while identifying workflow improvements
Creates high quality animation content when required
Integrates assets when needed
Working with production to evolve outsourcing infrastructure
Coordinates with mocap team to direct performance shoots
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong communication and organizational skills
In tune with the current FPS MTX Market and trends
Thorough knowledge of Maya, Max and other animation applications.
Proven ability to provide leadership and direction at to other animators at scale
Understanding of mo-cap techniques
An understanding of human and animal anatomy is an asset
Undergraduate degree or completion of a certificate program that provides an education in the fundamentals of art is preferred but not necessary.
Listed below is this role's base pay range. In other locations that Bungie has approved for remote work, this pay range may be adjusted up to +/- 10% and some roles may be classified as non-exempt (hourly).

Bellevue Pay Range
$112,000—$138,000 USD
