Job purpose and Impact
As Team Lead IT Services EMEA, you are responsible for stable, secure and high-performing IT services across the region. You’ll lead infrastructure and service desk functions in Europe, working closely with local and global teams to support business initiatives and roll out global IT capabilities.
In this role, you’ll manage a high-performing IT team, oversee IT budgets and suppliers, and ensure that technology enables, rather than slows our business. You’ll report to the Global Director of IT Services.
This is a critical role with strong visibility, where you combine operational excellence with a hands-on, people-focused mindset.
Main responsibilities
Lead a regional IT team: coaching, hiring, developing and evaluating
Oversee infrastructure, network and service desk operations across multiple sites
Support business continuity and own disaster recovery plans
Aligning regional needs with global IT strategy and projects
Manage EMEA IT budgets and forecast spending
Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors
Identify and implement infrastructure improvements with a strong ROI
Ensure compliance with security, SOX, GDPR and PMO standards
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the IT function
Provide customer-focused, high-quality IT support
What you bring
5+ years’ experience in IT Management
6 to 8 years’ hands-on experience with infrastructure and network administration
Strong understanding of client/server architecture and network technologies
Proven leadership and team development skills
Able to operate across cultures, sites and time zones
Fluent in English; Dutch or German is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
