Manager, SEC Reporting - hybrid

CFS has partnered with a national organization to staff a Manager, SEC reporting role. This is a hybrid work schedule (2-3 days/week in-office) located in either Boston South Shore or Southern New Hampshire

The Manager, SEC Reporting role:

Internal and external reporting including filing 10K, 10Q

Research technical accounting issues

XBRL reporting

Accounting for equity transactions; EPS calculations

Experience needed for the Manager, SEC Reporting:

Degree in accounting and ideally 5+ years' experience including SEC reporting

Experience with equity accounting and EPS calculations

CPA preferred but not required

Understanding of GAAP, FASB ad XBRL
