About the Role:

Synapse Solution is seeking a confident and articulate professional fluent in Arabic, French, or English to join our international team as a Client Engagement Representative. This remote, part-time role involves engaging with business clients, presenting our software products via live virtual demonstrations, and clearly communicating their value in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest in our software

Conduct remote, live product demonstrations tailored to client needs

Clearly communicate product features and business value

Maintain a professional and engaging presence during online meetings

Collaborate with international teams in a remote work environment

Requirements:

Native or fluent Arabic, French, or English speaker

Strong communication skills (spoken and written English preferred)

Confidence in presenting to business clients

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom or Google Meet)

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in one of the following:

IT for Business

Business Administration

Sales, Marketing, or related fields

Position Details:

Type: Part-Time Remote

Workload: Approx. 32 hours per month (about 2 hours/day, flexible schedule)

Location: Open to candidates residing in Algeria
