Job Summary:
As part of a team which manages a Global cash handling and credit card network the role will focus on the reconciliation of credit card and cash sales including the investigation and resolution of discrepancies. Using various systems, the candidate will be expected to extract and validate data to support the delivery of crew commission payments. Accuracy and attention to detail will be a key skill requirement with an ability to work against monthly deadlines. The position holder needs to be a team player who can communicate effectively to internal departments, external customers and suppliers.
Duties include but not restricted to:
Reconciliation of cash and credit card EPOS data to various internal and external sources
Discrepancy management and problem solving
Manage and Communicate issues with regards to Cash Handler entry into TS5
Monitor and Report any Delays in the Cash Handling Process.
Managing and resolving daily receipt of Crew Commission Queries
Responding to Bank Chargeback Letters
Trend Analysis on Cash, Stock and Crew Discrepancies
General ad-hoc administrator duties
Qualifications
Education:
As a minimum, secondary school education
University degree preferred but not essential
Work Experience:
Previous office experience preferred
Excellent excel knowledge

Dedicated, enthusiastic, dynamic, hardworking Individual, who is quick to learn
Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive and innovative
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to plan, organize and execute workloads efficiently, whilst working to strict deadlines
Strong ability to problem-solve under pressure and meet new challenges
Language / Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Other European languages would be an advantage
