Job Description - Full-Time Surgical First Assistant (PRN Shifts Available)

FT employees are 30 hours or more, PT below 30

Location: Multiple Facilities - Tampa, FL (we have over 20 facilities we work with)

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week) Flexible PRN Shifts Available

We're seeking an experienced Surgical First Assistant to join our team at multiple top-rated facilities in the Tampa area. This role offers both full-time scheduling with guaranteed 40 hours per week and flexible PRN shifts-ideal for professionals looking for stability and variety.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE: First Assist experience in Neuro and Robotic procedures

Certified First Assistant (CSFA, RNFA, or equivalent)

Active Florida license (RN or SA)

Current BLS (ACLS preferred)

Job Highlights:
