Compensation & Hours:

The rate of pay will be $100K-$120K/year based on experience

Monday-Friday

Position Summary:

Oversee all warehouse operations including timely receipt and dispatch of goods

Develop and manage relationships with carriers and logistics partners

Coordinate shipments with production and customer schedules

Lead and mentor warehouse staff, building a culture of accountability and performance

Implement and maintain LEAN manufacturing principles

Manage inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage through audits and system controls

Analyze data, track KPIs, and adjust resources to meet goals

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Continuously optimize processes and workflows for maximum efficiency

Collaborate with procurement, production, and internal departments

Align day-to-day warehouse performance with company objectives

Set clear goals and provide consistent feedback and coaching to the team

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years in warehouse management within a manufacturing setting

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proven ability to meet warehouse KPIs and coordinate across departments

Experience using inventory and warehouse management systems
