Clean Edge Construction Inc. is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide key support in two areas: day-to-day bookkeeping and light social media management. This remote role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently while being part of a team that values accuracy and initiative.

As our Executive Assistant, you'll be responsible for tracking and organizing financial data, assisting with invoices and receipts, and helping maintain a basic but professional online presence. You'll work closely with our internal team to keep records accurate and keep the brand up to date across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and track expenses, invoices, and payments using bookkeeping software
Maintain financial records and organize receipts and vendor documentation
Update spreadsheets, digital files, and shared documentation
Assist with social media scheduling and basic content uploads
Monitor online activity and keep platforms current
Support other administrative tasks as needed, including follow-ups and data entry
Maintain clear communication with the team on progress and task completion
Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience in bookkeeping, administrative support, or virtual assistance
Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and Drive
Experience with basic social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Compensation and Benefits
Full-time position
Competitive salary range at $7 to $12 USD per hour, depending on experience
