Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Business Assistant to support daily operations, administrative functions and strategic tasks. This position is suitable for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is good at multi-tasking, and has excellent organizational and communication skills.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.

Building and maintaining a network of clients.

Working closely with Team Executives as well as other support functions to provide proactive and effective general administrative assistance across a diverse range of tasks.

Scheduling and coordinating meetings.

Making travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.

Providing other organisational support such as ordering supplies and equipment.

Ideal Candidate

You have at least 4 years experience within a Admin Assistant or Real Estate Consulting role, ideally within the Financial Services and Real Estate industry.

You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.

You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.

You are a strong networker & relationship builder

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
